This is a gorgeous antique Sterling Silver necklace with a carved pastoral scene cameo shell and a tiny puffy heart charm. The heart has a etched design, along with a tiny pearl drop. The Sterling Cameo measures 7/8 by 3/4 inches and is hung from a 19 inch sterling silver chain to the floral link connector.  The cameo drop measures, 1-3/4 inches to the end and the puffy heart 2-3/4 inches to the end.  The lovely vintage assemblage necklace is in very good condition, nice quality, and one of a kind piece.
