Here is this amazing early to mid 20th century antique or vintage solid 14 K yellow gold huge handcarved natural shell cameo ring with the small full cut round brilliant natural diamond in a necklace around the beautiful lady's neck . The ring weighs 7.1 grams and it is a size 11 that can easily be sized by a jeweler . The ring is huge , the top of this ring measures 1 3/8 inches north to south and the craftsmanship is amazing .  Please study the photos this is a magnificent carving with perfect facial features and hair and she's wearing a very beautiful necklace with a tested small 0.020 ct full cut round brilliant diamond.  The ring is not marked and has been professionally tested here as solid 14 K yellow gold and the band of the ring Is thick and sturdy as it has been reinforced for structural integrity most likely when the ring was sized up to its current size 11 . Stored for many years this ring is very rare and sooo very beautiful in excellent condition ready to be worn .   ...
