A NICE JOHN DEERE COLLECTOR'S ITEM!!
Each John Deere dealership signed up staff in sales, service & parts for open book exams designed for their particular job description.  As a result of test scores, the personnel received 1 of 3 buckles.  A GOLD plated buckle was for a perfect score & was considered the "Gold Level".  The "Silver Level"  buckle was issued for scores ranging from 95%  to 99%.  The "Bronze Level" was for scores 75% - 94%.  A minimum score of 75% had to be obtained to be considered "certified"

Only the gold buckles were serial numbered with 4,150 made.
Buckle has not been worn.
Does have a little poor plating spots.
