Vintage Chinese Straw Reed Tea caddy WITH TEA UNOPENED INSIDE.
I am not sure what tea is inside but it is Chinese tea and looks like Oolong or white leaf tea. A clay tea lady is adorned on the front. Many Chinese tea caddies like this can be found online minus the lady on front but none are found with tea inside! I have read that aged tea can’t be spoiled and can taste amazing like an aged wine can…. But few have tasted 81-year old tea! Of course you can keep it and continue to boast the age of this tea and open when you are ready. Authentically Chinese. Amazing tea caddy to hold the precious tea lined with foil and preserved with unopened cellophane type bag.
