Vintage hand carved Italian Cameo brooch TRANSLUCENT 12K GF Italy HIGH RELIEF

I recently obtained a very large volume of exceptional vintage jewelry.   Designer signed, collectible and magnificent pieces from two private estate sales.  The jewelry is in exceptional condition.  High End, Designer, Juliana, D&E, Signed and fabulous unsigned pieces and sets.     The jewelry is Mid-Century through retro.
For your consideration: Vintage Italian masterfully crafted carved shell cameo brooch.   The piece is marked 12K 1/20 GF.   She is just exceptional, carved in high relief and intricate detailing.  As you can see, the cameo is translucent when holding up to the light, a gorgeous rich amber color.   The cameo is set high in a bezel setting and breath-taking beauty.  Surrounding the cameo is a twisted gold filled braided border.   This cameo was meticulously hand carved from a superb artisan.
